2021 Shiraz Cabernet - Bright garnet in colour with a warming bouquet of muddled blackberry, blue plum, currant, black pepper, smoky oak, leather, violet, and earth. A medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine with silky tannins, and flavours of ripe dark plums, blackberry, sweet spice, and oak. Wonderful notes of juicy darks fruits, sweet spice, oak, and chocolate linger on the dry finish.
2022 Banco Noir - Deep purple colour with a rich, warming bouquet of blackberry jam, blueberry, black cherry, blue plum, sweet spice, and vanilla extract. This Baco Noir has a medium to full-bodied structure with smooth, silky tannins. I liked it, but didn't love it. Would I buy it again? Probably would go for another Konzelman.
Salted Carmel - A delicate creamy tan in colour. The aromas and flavours of this cream liquor excite with rich notes of melted caramel, sweet cream and a hint of marshmallow and milk chocolate. The mouth-feel is smooth, rich, sweet and creamy, with a long pleasing finish.
Four Grains Canadian Whisky - Our 3rd Craftsmanship Series release, Wayne Gretzky Four Grain whisky, is a harmonious blend of Rye, Wheat, Barley & Oats. This 5-year whisky is a beautiful marriage of malted whiskies that are meticulously blended to take the best of each grain and create an orchestra of unique flavors and aromas that are then aged in American virgin oak and once used American bourbon casks.? Tried this one out right off the back. It certainly is different. Nice but I prefer my whisky with more rye, so would pass on another buy.

2022 Cabernet Sauvignon - Unfiltered. Bright and vibrant. Full bodied red with ample dark berries and cassis with a lifted finish. 24 months of oak barrel aging. Very nice, we both enjoyed it.
2023 Autumn Snow Riesling - Honey, citrus, white nectarine, and hints of lime/basil. Crisp finish to pair with the hot summer weather! A nice, sweet wine but does not fit with Chinese food.

2024 Chardonnay Unoaked - This stainless steel aged chardonnay is light and fresh in body. Crisp notes of green apple, white peach, and citrus are found on the nose, while a lively acidity on the palate finishes off this popular sipper.
2024 Peach Wine - This popular fruit wine is made from local peaches. Its aromas and flavours of tree ripe peaches combined with a light, crisp finish makes it one of our most unique and refreshing wines.
2025 Banco Noir - This dense, earthy red that shows bold flavours of black currant, blueberry and fig. Well-structured and compatible with a broad range of foods, this wine is also more fruit-forward than its dark colour might lead you to expect.
2025 Cabernet Sauvignon - Ripe with black currant and blackberry aroma, this rich wine lives up to its reputation. Enjoy a bold flavour, balanced acidity, firm tannins and a smooth finish on the palate.

2021 Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve - Limited release Cabernet Sauvignon aged 2 years in French Oak barrels, finished in Southern Kentucky Bourbon barrels for 4 months. Full body, finely integrated tannin with a flavour of cedar and spice. One of our favourites. Glad we bought two bottles. Have to get more.
2023 Cabernet Sauvignon - Aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, and bell pepper. Full bodied, finely integrated tannin with flavours of dark fruit, cedar, spice, and vanilla.
2021 Barrel Kissed Chardonnay - Flavour: Aromas of lemon, peach and vanilla. Medium body, crisp acidity with flavours of baked apple. Food Pairing: Pair with mild buttery or creamy dishes or subtly flavoured, simply seasoned pork or poultry dishes. Very nice, great with fish.

Double Barrel - An extra-aged whisky that is a true celebration of the intricate and subtle flavours imparted by barrel aging.
Our Double Barrel Reserve is named after the unique process of double aging: first, the individual rye, barley and corn whiskies are extra-aged in a variety of barrels before being masterfully blended. After blending, the liquid goes through up to 2 years of secondary aging in Bourbon barrels handpicked from Kentucky.
The resulting whisky blends the spiciness of Canadian grain whisky with the sweetness and mellowed characteristics of bourbon. This was my first bottle, but definitely will not be my last. The whisky is fantastic and a close cousin to a bourbon!
Copper Bold - The same full bodied, bold whisky with a new name. Copper Bold (formally Copper Pot), is the next iteration of this crowd-favourite whisky.
Forty Creek Copper Bold is noted for its ability to balance intense toffee aromas with higher alcohol content and rye spice notes.
Leveraging the same Barrel Select technique of blending individually aged corn, rye, and barley whiskies, Copper Bold takes it one step further with extra oak aging and a higher proof than many other Canadian Whiskies. Sip and savour this one-of-a-kind blend. A nice whisky, definitely different from the Double Barrel with a lot more spice, more of a bite. Would I buy it again? It is too early to say as I just opened the bottle. After another tasting, it is now one of my favourites!
